I am Legend.

I am inspiration.

I am a hero.

I am an actor.

Through decades, actors have been the building blocks that took over the world culture. They have inspired us through their work, taught us right from wrong and made us believe that there is someone else out there for us.

Legendary actors have taken us to places we’ve never visited before. They have made us experience feelings some of us never knew we even had. And they’ve given us wisdom and a way of life.  The way they act on stage really takes me to a place of real. It feels as if we are one, and I can live my dream through the actor, even if it’s only for a little while.

My true inspiration since I was a little girl has been Lucille Ball. A tremendous and good hearted woman, who had devoted herself to her work. She was an outstanding actress who loved her fans and lived every day to the fullest. Lucille was a woman of kind words and when I watched her act, I’d forget all my stress and worries, and just sit there watching her perform. Though it was a true loss when she bid farewell, all I hope is that she knows what a legendary icon she’s become for cinema.
